As you can see the boys and man planted a tree together for the first time! A few monumental moments worth blogging..

1. Daddy digs a hole.. “Boys look! An earthworm!” Micah the curious runs in to get a closer look, Toby the giant stands a far and asks, where?!?!

2. Micah wants to be involved in everything but look at how he holds the shovel! With only 1 hand. *Strong*

3. We now have a Limau Kapas tree!

4. Am super proud of the husband for being so handy with his borrowed shovel and spade. (They are ancient!) His first plant too! That proves to show all his observations on his parents gardening were not in vain. He was really observing not dreaming! 😉

5. I’m now called City Girl cos I was completely blur about the whole tree planting.. even though I WAS the one who wanted and suggested to plant a tree there 😀

A surprise for the parents and big boy last hash when we found out on the spot that Toby was receiving his 18 run potty!

It was also the first time we tried out the ‘medium’ run after the extremely short toddler run. Ck and I intended to actually run it instead of walking it all by ourselves. My uncle who was there with my cuz willingly offered to watch the boys while we went off galavanting by ourselves but of course… Micah was the big baby wailing and running after us. Had to tell him that if he was coming along, he had to walk! There wasn’t going to be any carrying! Which he did! Ran in his little legs uphill and discovering his sticks and stones to play with! the muddy bits, let’s just say he LOVED LOVED LOVED it. I was worried he would lose his ‘big & oversized’ shoes in the mud. Was quite adamant on sloshing through by himself instead of holding hands.

Because of the extra medium run and also the long line at the Casbah station, I sadly missed out of Toby receiving his potty. CK was super proud of how well Toby knew what to do which I was kinda scared of cos if the kid screws up, the parents get the hash doo doo!

Halloween run next then it’s Micah’s 18th potty!

I had affogato after years of not having it! It was bliss…….

Sunday School was fun for the boys! A show and crafts.. What a blast! Thank you Aunty Pam for all your lovely crafts.. We parents truly treasure what you do and prepare for the kids each Sunday. The Keasberry corner as you can see was unjoined by other kids.. Too noisy to join in! Well, the only noise kid actually was Toby.

The boys seem to look and behave as very tired boys after a weekend with just mummy and daddy. Even if it’s just chilling at home.. Micah’s still in his “only mummy” stage where I would need to do everything for and with him but it was quite a joy watching him have fun with koko and daddy.

We finally got a new pool to replace the one that was beyond repair… Although 2nd hand, the boys loved it! There’s even a sprinkler system on it and many inflatable toys. Boys were in it all afternoon except for tea and nap for the baby. Let’s hope this one lasts 2 years+ like the other! 🙂 Long weekend coming up! I’m guessing this pool would be out again for sure.

Last post, teddy boy was a lap baby! *urks* instagram and work to be honest has made it hard to keep a virtual diary of our family life. I even forgot that I could use my phone! DOH!

So a hashing we all went yesterday. A new site for us which is nice but at the same time being unsure of the terrain, it was the Toddler run for us. So called 20mins took about 40mins as my baby was happily looking at the surroundings and getting messy. We should do that more often. Be the last and take our time to appreciate the jungle.

Saw leaves as tall as teddy boy, trunk with lots of spikes like porcupines, lots of rocks, stones, ants and a beautiful view.. Very slippery and dangerous for a so called toddler route but it added to the fun! Teddy was the gungho adventurous kid..

Oh! And a 6 week old baby was there too! Along with our usual gang + veteran hasher aunty Wina which was great as munchkin was happily walking with her. No whiny baby asking for help! Thanks Wina xx

On on!

You know it is high time for me to get back into baking when the house has been empty of baked goods for so long that the husband agrees to go out for dessert!
